Whiskey Sour

 like to think of whiskey like wine… there’s soooo many different kinds and ages, it can be a little overwhelming for me! Its so easy for me to stick with spirits I know and love (I’m looking at you vodka & tequila!) but I’m trying to expand my Whiskey pallet! What are y’all’s favorite whiskeys / cocktails?? 🥃

Ingredients:
– 2oz. Of bourbon
– 1oz. Fresh lemon juice 
– 1oz. Simple syrup 
– 1 Egg white 

Instructions: 
– add ingredients to a shaker 
– Dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds and then add ice and Shake again
– Pour in glass and garnish with a lemon peel and maraschino Cherry 
– Top with a few dash of bitters!
