Frozen Aperol Spritz

serves 2
Ingredients:
– 4oz. Of Aperol (Pro Tip: freeze in ice cube tray before hand) 
– 4oz. Of Orange Juice 
– 6-8oz. Of Prosecco 
– Ice 
– Orange slices for garnish 

Instructions: 
1. Throw all the ingredients in the blender. I like to freeze the aperol and fresh oj in ice mold a day early to help because I like a thicker consistency. 
2. Blend it up 
3. Pour in glass and garnish with an orange wedge
