Blueberry Cucumber Tom Collins
Ingredients:
- 2oz. Of gin.
- 1oz. Of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1oz. Of simple syrup
- 10 blueberries
- 4 slices of cucumber (8 if they’re mini)
- Top with Topo Chico
Instructions:
- muddle cucumber and blueberries together
- Pour gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add ice and Shake it up
- Top with topo Chico
- Garnish with cucumber and blueberries
