Blueberry Cucumber Tom Collins


  • 2oz. Of gin. 
  • 1oz. Of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1oz. Of simple syrup 
  • 10 blueberries 
  • 4 slices of cucumber (8 if they’re mini) 
  • Top with Topo Chico 


  1. muddle cucumber and blueberries together 
  2. Pour gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. 
  3. Add ice and Shake it up 
  4. Top with topo Chico 
  5. Garnish with cucumber and blueberries
