Rosemary Gimlet
- 2oz. Of gin
- 1oz. Of fresh lime juice
- 1oz. Honey rosemary syrup
- Garnish with rosemary (slap rosemary again glass to release its essential oils)
To create Honey Rosemary Syrup:
- Pour equal parts honey and water in a pot.
- Stir until dissolved
- Add 5 sprigs of rosemary and let steep for about an hour
- Strain before using and store for 2 weeks in a air-tight jar
