Rosemary Gimlet

Rosemary Gimlet

  • 2oz. Of gin 
  • 1oz. Of fresh lime juice 
  • 1oz. Honey rosemary syrup 
  • Garnish with rosemary (slap rosemary again glass to release its essential oils) 

To create Honey Rosemary Syrup: 

  • Pour equal parts honey and water in a pot. 
  • Stir until dissolved
  • Add 5 sprigs of rosemary and let steep for about an hour 
  • Strain before using and store for 2 weeks in a air-tight jar
