Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients:

• 15 mint leaves 
• 1oz. Of fresh lime juice 
• 1oz. Of simple syrup 
• Top with Topo Chico

Instructions: 

• muddle together mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup 
• Add ice  
• Stir stir stir! 
• Top with topo Chico 
• Garnish with lime and a bushel of mint!
