Cucumber Collins

• 4 cucumber slices (10 slices for a mini cucumber) 
• 1oz of fresh lime juice 
• 1oz. Of simple syrup
• Muddle 
• 2oz. Of vodka or gin
• Top with topo 
• Garnish with lime wheel and sprig mint
